Understand the Business.
Question the Price.
Mikirduit US is an independent financial research publication built to help everyday investors understand stocks beyond the headlines.
Investing should begin with understanding.
We believe investors should understand how a company makes money, what drives its growth, where the risks are, and whether the market price makes sense relative to the fundamentals.
Mikirduit US focuses on U.S.-listed companies, earnings, valuation, corporate actions, dividends, market developments, and practical investment strategy.
Rather than telling readers what they must buy or sell, Mikirduit aims to provide the facts, context, calculations, and analytical framework investors need to make better-informed decisions.
Built from journalism,
shaped by investing.
Surya Rianto
Founder, Mikirduit
Mikirduit was founded by Surya Rianto, who began his career as an economic and financial journalist in 2014.
From 2014 to 2021, Surya covered economic developments, financial markets, corporations, and investment-related topics as a journalist.
That experience shaped the editorial philosophy behind Mikirduit: start with the facts, understand the numbers, question the narrative, and explain why an event matters.
Surya also holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification and has held an Indonesian Investment Manager Representative certification, known locally as Wakil Manajer Investasi (WMI), since 2024.
These credentials support Mikirduit's analytical approach. Mikirduit US operates as a financial research and publishing platform and does not provide personalized investment advice.

A great business is not automatically a great investment.
A falling stock is not automatically cheap, and a fast-growing company is not automatically worth any price.
We try to separate three questions:
Is the business getting better or worse?
What is the market currently expecting?
Does the valuation make sense relative to the opportunity and risk?
Start with the filing.
Then build the thesis.
Whenever possible, our research begins with primary sources such as SEC filings, company earnings releases, investor presentations, regulatory disclosures, and management commentary.
We then add our own calculations, comparisons, interpretation, valuation work, and investment context.
Our goal is not just to tell readers what happened, but to explain why it matters.
Clear enough to understand.
Detailed enough to matter.
Transparent enough to question.
Research should be separated from promotion.
Mikirduit distinguishes editorial research from advertising, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, and other commercial arrangements.
When content is sponsored or contains an affiliate relationship, we aim to disclose that relationship clearly. Commercial partnerships do not guarantee favorable editorial coverage.
Where relevant, authors may also disclose positions or other potential conflicts related to securities discussed in an article.
Research, not personalized advice.
Mikirduit US does not provide individualized portfolio management or personalized investment recommendations.
Our articles, newsletters, scores, valuations, models, and other materials are intended for general informational and educational purposes. They are not tailored to an individual reader's financial situation, investment objectives, tax circumstances, or risk tolerance.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
Move from headlines to understanding.
And from understanding to better-informed decisions.
